Tanzania

Most of the travelers will book an organized tour/a private tour with a local guide
The follow recommendations are mostly for ideas that you can ask the travel company
Just so you know, the lunches during the safari are packed from the hotels

Recommended season
Most of the travelers choose to go on the dry season between June-October, because of the nice weather
If you`re planning an extreme trip, like climbing the Kilimanjaro.. you should definitely go at the dry season
The temperatures at the top are very low and the rainfalls of the wet season could really disturb you
In addition, during this time of the year you could overlook the great migration of a variety of animals in the area
In the wet season, between November-December and March-May, you could enjoy greener landscape and cheaper prices

Recommended time
Around 5 nights

How do we get there
The travel agency will book for you the flights and the transportation

Where should we stay
I highly recommend you to book most of your nights at Sopa Lodge Hotels
authentic design, excellent food and kind service

Attractions
At the entrance of Lake Manyara National Park you will be able to overlook on a variety of monkeys and birds that live in the rain forest
When you get to the lake with the jeep ask the driver to get inside and watch the hippos closely

I would give the Serengeti National Park 2 full days
It is one of the world's richest animal reserves. I was fortunate enough to see all of them
...lions, elephants, hippos, cheetahs, zebras, buffalo, a variety of antelopes

The bottom of the volcano crater at Ngorongoro National Park, has plenty of habitats such as a lagoon, a forest and a lot of grass plains
Therefor you could see a variety of animals that have been trapped inside

Don`t miss a visit at the Bushmans tribe
A local group which lives in the bushes and still exists on hunting and picking like the prehistoric Man
This tribe has their own unique traditional clothing and language
You will need to take a local guide to translate them for you and explain to you all about their interesting way of life

Of course you have to go to the Masai tribe as well
Nomads, also wearing unique clothing, living in mud huts
The Masai tribe is used to tourism in the region, so some of them speak good English
You can participate in the traditional dance of the reception, visit the local kindergarten and perhaps buy some souvenirs
